Mr. Monson has worked in the Tax Preparation field since 1983. He is an Enrolled Agent, admitted to practice before the Internal Revenue Service.

Before coming to Hemenway Associates in 2004, Mr. Monson worked in several tax-related situations, including 15 years as a business owner providing tax preparation and business counseling services to small business clients. His work at Hemenway Associates involves individual, partnership, corporate and trust income tax return preparation.

He has a military background, serving 27 years in the U.S. Air Force. He holds a Masters Degree in Economics from the University of Maryland.

His community service includes serving as Chairman, Bellevue Chamber of Commerce and President of the Bellevue Rotary Club.
